Instant Pot Black Beans
- 1 c dry black beans
- 3 c water
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t onion powder
- ½ t chipotle powder
- ½ t salt
- 1 t better than bouillon (optional)
- Combine all ingredients and pressure cook for 35 minutes.
- Pressure release for 15 minutes.
Great in breakfast burritos, quesadillas, salads, and black bean brownies! I seriously love the flavors in this simple recipe (chipotle… need I say more?!). I love that I can use dry storage to keep a solid supply of food that lasts months and months. Plus I read somewhere that 97% of us are deficient in fiber… mmhm, let’s eat more black beans. 😁
