Jalapeño Salsa Cashew Cream
Ingredients
- 1 ½ c raw cashews
- 1 c salsa
- ½ c water
- ¼ c nutritional yeast
- ¼ c plain yogurt
- ¼ c pickled jalapeños + brine
- 1 t amla (dry Indian gooseberry)
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t smoked paprika
- ½ t chili powder (or chipotle for extra 🌶)
- ¼ t salt
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, 2+ min (depends on blender strength).
