Vegan Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients
- 15 oz can black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 c quick oats
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 c maple syrup
- 1/4 c coconut oil
- 1/2 T vanilla extract
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 c chocolate chips
- more chocolate chips for the topping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.
- Blend with food processor until smooth.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Pour into 8×8 greased dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Top with more chocolate chips and bake for 3 more minutes.
- Let cool.
