- 1 c non-dairy milk
- ¾ c water
- ¼ c olive or coconut oil
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- 1 ½ t flax meal
- 1 ½ t lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 c flour
- Combine all ingredients and blend.
- Let batter sit 20+ minutes while you prepare fillings.
- Preheat a non-stick pan to medium high.
- Add batter then lift and turn the pan to make each crepe a very thin layer.
