Nomelet - Not an Omelet
- 1 1/2 c garbanzo flour
- 3 T nutritional yeast
- 3 T ground flax seed
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t salt
- 1 t garlic salt
- 1/2 t turmeric
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/4 t black salt (kala namak)
- 1/4 t black pepper
- Combine wet ingredients plus yeast and let it bubble a little.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix one-to-one with water before each use.
- Prepare a filling of a handful of vegetables.
- Spoon a thin circle of batter into a heated pan.
- Add vegetables and cook until slightly browned.
Nomelet, as in not an omelet and as in nom nom nom. 😂
