- 3 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/3 c vegetable oil
- 1 c warm water
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Mix enough wet into dry ingredients to get a crumb-like consistency.
- Add the rest of the wet ingredients until blended.
- Form dough into pucks and let them sit for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the pucks into thin sheets.
- Cook each side in a skillet on medium high until it starts to bubble.
- Wrap tortillas in a towel until they are ready to serve.
