Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1 cauliflower
- 4 whole cloves garlic, skin on
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 leaves fresh sage
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
Directions
- Remove leaves from cauliflower.
- Smack the garlic enough to crack them, leave the skin on.
- Pour some of the butter mixture into upside down cauliflower.
- Turn right side up and brush with remaining butter, salt, pepper.
- Nestle into a bed of fresh garlic cloves, rosemary, sage, thyme.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 400 F.
- Broil for 3 minutes to brown—watch carefully!
- Pierce cauliflower with a paring knife to check for tenderness.
