Homemade Spinach Pasta
Ingredients
- 5 oz spinach
- 1 c flour
- ½ t salt
Directions
- Blend pasta ingredients in a food processor until dough forms.
- Divide into four flattened portions.
- Roll into thin sheets.
- Cut into fettuccine by hand or with a pasta roller.
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Drain and serve with butter and salt or a spicy red sauce.
